Audio por Bluetooth no funciona

Hola cómo van?. Tengo un Galaxy A16 5g recién lo compré al tratar de conectarme por Bluetooth, los dispositivos estando agregados como por ejemplo mis audífonos, aparentemente se conecta pero sigue sonando el audio en el móvil, le he hecho muchas cosas pero no logro que funcione....

Hola Joaco! Revisaste los ajustes rápidos por si te da una opción para cambiar el dispositivo (o la salida de audio)? Saludos

We've seen this happen on new Samsung phones, and it's usually a settings issue rather than a hardware fault. First, after connecting the headphones, tap the Bluetooth device name and make sure Audio or Media audio is enabled. Also check Settings > Sounds and vibration > Sound output and manually select your Bluetooth device. If that doesn't help, try forgetting the device, restart the phone, then pair again, and make sure the phone software is fully updated.
